The InnAssist Interim Innkeepers - Susan & Jim Bickelhaupt
In 2003 we were certified by PAII as "Certified Interim Innkeepers".
We are located in South Carolina, but will accept assignments throughout the USA.
Both of us have completed courses for ServSafe, CPR, AED, First Aid and Interim Innkeeping.
As a couple we are available to help you get a break and not worry about the operation of your Inn.
Duties which we normally perform:
* Taking reservations via phone or online (we are versed in several computer based reservation systems)
* Sending confirmations and corresponding with the guests or future guests as needed
* Greeting your guest upon arrival and pampering them while they are with us.
* Check-ins and checkouts
* Perform concierge services to the guests for restaurant recommendations, things to do locally and suggestions for planning their days, etc.
* Housekeeping of the kitchen and common areas
* Perform financial transactions to include credit cards processing and bank deposits
* Breakfast and afternoon treats preparation and cleanup
* Care for your pets
* We will run your inn according to your procedures as well as develop our own "Operations Manual" with all the information we need to remember for when we return to your inn for future assignments.
* We will use either your recipes or our own creations within the guidelines you prescribe
* If you have other duties to be performed, we will be glad to discuss them with you

Rates for our Services
Our rate structure is simple in order for you to know when you leave your inn what the charges will be when you return. We charge a daily rate depending upon the size of your inn and the duties we are asked to perform. That's it! There are no surprises! Taking care of your pets is always free!
We do request that lodging and light meals (in the inn) be available and that we be compensated for mileage to and from your inn to our home at government mileage rates (negotiable depending upon the distance and mode of transportation).
